DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?


We ship to pretty much everywhere! We have multiple warehouses around the world. If you can't find your country location when you're at checkout, please contact us and we'll see if we can help

 

WHAT CHARITIES AND CAUSES DO YOU SUPPORT?

We are a cause based business and support a variety of local and international charities. Typically, the charity is tied to the specific item you purchase from us with 10% of the purchase price going to that charity. If you have a suggested charity feel free to contact us and make your suggestion. We're always looking to support great charities.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?


Your order will be processed and shipped 3-5 working days from the time of your purchase.

Shipping to most countries takes 5-20 days, but depending where you are located in the world it may take a little longer. This also depends on the product you purchased. Some items are very popular and require a little bit more time to get to you. Don't worry though, we'll get your item to you ASAP, and that's a promise!



WHAT IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.



MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING!


Don't panic!

To ensure the fastest shipping for you, items are often sent separately. We have multiple warehouses and some may have your items while some may not. That's why we ship from the warehouse that does have your item. If one warehouse has all the items we'll send all your items together, but if not we'll send the items separately. If you're worried about your order for any reason, please contact us.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and all major credit cards.

Your card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.




ORDER STATUS

Please ensure you double check your address in the shopping cart system before you purchase.

If you think you've made a mistake or want to change the address for any reason, you MUST let us know as soon as possible. Once the item ships, we can't alter the delivery address and are therefore not held responsible for any losses that may occur.

TRACKING


All orders are tracked, and you'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If your items arrive damaged, or you received some socks instead of that sweet inflatable unicorn you ordered, please email us IMMEDIATELY so we can work out a solution for you.

This may include a replacement item, a refund, or an exchange.
